Whether it is associated with a bereavement, separation, relocation, refurbishment or just downsizing, clearing a property can be a stressful experience. The open competition at an auction can often see expected prices exceeded thus ensuring that your items are sold for their highest market value. With this in mind Kent Auction Galleries Ltd. can offer you a professional, efficient house clearance service that can be tailored to your specific needs.
The cost of house clearances can vary a great deal depending on the size of the property and the service required. We therefore offer a free, no obligation assessment of the contents of the property and give you honest, expert advice regarding the most efficient and cost effective solution. You can then choose any or all of the following options:
Part Clearance
Saleable goods can be cleared by our recommended fully insured, trained removal team and brought to our saleroom for appraisal by our expert valuers. Every item is sorted and offered for sale on your behalf, giving you the opportunity to get the best possible return on any items of value. If we find a masterpiece in the attic we can offer it for sale to the widest possible audience so you can be sure that it’s true value will be realised.

Saleable goods are cleared as above and any unsaleable items are removed and disposed of at a licensed waste facility.
